Kevin Fisher

President & CEO

Kevin Fisher is Founder and President of PropX. Prior to PropX, he was President of Liberty Oilfield Services. Prior to joining Liberty, he was Executive VP of Business Development at Flotek Industries and previously served as CEO of Pinnacle Technologies and VP of Business Development at ProTechnics. He began his career with Halliburton where he performed various roles including logging engineer, field supervisor, petrophysicist, U.S. sales manager, and global technical marketing manager.

Fisher holds 9 U.S. patents and has written more than five dozen technical papers and articles. Kevin has a B.S. in Natural Science/Physics from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Brian Dorfman

VP of Operations

Brian Dorfman is V.P. of Operations and a co-founder of PropX. As the first employee of PropX in 2016, Brian has contributed great amounts to the growth and success of the company.

He has 12 years’ experience working in a variety of energy service roles focused on drilling and completions. Dorfman holds multiple patents for an assortment of technological innovations regarding proppant delivery.

Matt Oehler

Director of Business Development

Matt Oehler joined the PropX team in January of 2017 when the company first introduced a frac sand container system alternative to the market. Oehler has spent his entire 33-year career supporting oil and gas clients in service roles. He started his career with Halliburton where he worked 23 years in a variety of technical, operational, and business development roles working across the United States and the Middle East. Oehler is a patent holder for a variety of technology innovations including patents related to utilizing damp sand to support on site frac operations.

Cory Snyder

Global Operations Manager

Cory Snyder has been part of the PropX team since 2017. Prior to PropX, Cory got his start as a Sand Coordinator for a Frac Service Provider in the Marcellus Shale Basin. Cory then moved into a Completion Foreman role with Chesapeake Energy, focusing on building water facilities, permitting for water consumption, as well as acquiring right-of-way for multiple water pipelines throughout the Appalachian region. At PropX, Cory began by assisting with the rollout of equipment to new crews across the U.S. while helping train operators on the use and maintenance of the various equipment being leased. In his current position as Global Operations Manager, he plays an essential role in day to day operations of teams across multiple basins in the U.S.

Sue Shoemaker

Corporate Controller

Sue has been an integral part of PropX as the Controller since 2017. With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, she is instrumental in managing and overseeing all financial reporting and accounting functions for all lines of business. Sue has been in the energy industry for 10 plus years and brings a wealth of knowledge to PropX and serving its customers.
