Best in Class Silica Dust Control
Since less dust is generated from sand transfer activities, the risks associated with silicosis are dramatically reduced, ensuring a better environment for the health of workers and better relations with nearby communities and homeowners.
Reduced Emissions
Our wet sand systems require fewer resources and reduce our total emissions per job. Removing the sand drying process amounts to an emissions savings of around 6,500 tons of CO2 per year. Wet sand sourced from proximity mines near the wellsite also reduces emissions by dramatically reducing trucking miles.
Operational Efficiencies
PropX’s smaller containers allow for two containers to be hauled per load, this gives our trucks a higher average load volume than other single-box competitors. The smaller box size also allows for the use of a smaller, more nimble forklift, increasing visibility and safety.
Health & Safety
On the job site, containerized sand minimizes workers’ exposure to silica dust, creating a safer, healthier environment. Meanwhile, drivers accessing proximity mines travel shorter distances, creating fewer opportunities for auto accidents.
